Why IT Integrity Exists
IT Integrity was established over 25 years ago, because founder, Scott Lawton, saw that too many organisations were making critical technology decisions without enough oversight, alignment, or organisational change management. Strategy and execution were disconnected, boards were exposed to risk without knowing it, and frontline teams were left to manage the fallout. Technology had become essential to business success; advancements were driving innovation and change yet it wasn’t being governed or guided with the same discipline as other core areas of the organisation.
There needed to be a better way – one built on long-term partnership. Just like you rely on your legal or accounting advisors, organisations deserve a trusted IT partner who understands their business deeply, provides clear, trusted guidance, and is there when it matters most.
That belief is what IT Integrity was founded on, and still stands by today: partnership that gives businesses the confidence to make the right technology decisions, with the right expertise beside them.

Community and Giving Back
Using Technology to Create Opportunity
We believe technology should open doors, not widen divides.
Giving back is an important part of who we are and how we operate.
In 2025, our community focus centred on bridging the digital divide, recognising that access to technology and connectivity is essential for education, opportunity and participation in modern society.
In place of traditional corporate gifts, we redirected our community budget to support Good360 Australia, whose work provides devices and internet access to people facing disadvantage across Australia.
We also had the privilege of donating essential technology supplies to Turning Tides Language School in Khanom, Thailand. The school supports more than 60 active students, and our contribution helps give them the tools they need to learn, grow and thrive in an increasingly digital world.
